Judge Troy Johnson
The two County Courts at Law in Orange County have concurrent jurisdiction on all misdemeanor criminal cases, all juvenile cases, and all civil cases filed with the County Clerk.  The County Courts at Law and the three District Courts share concurrent jurisdiction over all domestic relations cases.
The County Court at Law No. 2 began hearing cases in January 2005 after the Court was created and Judge Johnson was elected as the Court's first judge.
