The Orange County Law Library is open to the public as well as the legal communtity.  All material is reference and must be used in the the library.   However, copiers are available for a fee.  The Orange County Law Library has Federal and Texas law materials but not materials of other states.

None of the librarians have any legal training and cannot:

• give legal advice.

• interpret statutes, cases, or regulations.

• state opinions on legal issues.

• choose language for legal documents.

• select forms or aid in filling them out.

• answer legal questions on the phone.

What the Orange County Law Library can do is direct you to the materials that may be helpful in finding your answers and show you how to use the materials.   We may be able to refer you to other sources or agencies which might be able to help.
