Services include:
- Prenatal care for high- and low-risk maternity patients
- Family planning (Birth control methods)
- Child health services (THS Check – Ups)
- Immunizations (Walk-Ins and Appointments)
- Cancer Stop Program (breast and cervical cancer screening for eligible women age 50
and over)
- Women, Infant, and Children Nutrition Services (WIC)
- Communicable disease management and epidemiology
- Case management
- On-site Medicaid eligibility screening
- STD/HIV Screening & Counseling
Hours: Monday, Wednesday , Thursday, Friday 8 am- 5 pm
Tuesday 8 am- 7 pm
