The Purchasing Department maintains a list of vendors who have requested that they be sent notices of solicitations. This bidders' list is categorized by description of goods or services available to Orange County. Vendors are encouraged to complete and return the vendors application form to be placed on the County's vendor listing. As a courtesy to vendors and as a means of encouraging competition, the Purchasing Department will attempt to send a notice of solicitation to appropriate vendors.
