The Orange County Clerk's Office is located in the annex building attached to the East side of the main Courthouse.

Although our mailing address is 123 S. 6th St., our physical address is:

801 W. Division, Orange TX 77630.

If you are traveling from IH-10, the easiest way to get to our office is to take either the Hwy 87 Exit (Exit #877 - Orange/Newton/16th Street) or the Business 90 Exit (Exit #878 - Simmons Drive).  See the map to the right.

Effective immediately, due to the passing of Senate Bill 16, the Orange County Clerk will require a valid photo ID upon presentation of all in person documents being filed in the Official Public Records of Real Property.
