Job Title: Felony Prosecutor
Salary range: This position has a base salary from $80,849.60 to $95,160, depending on experience, and a State Supplement of $25,000 to $31,000, depending on availability of SB22 funds, for a current total compensation package of between $105,849 to $126,160. We also offer 2-1 matching in the TCDRS retirement system, paid CLEs, State Bar of Texas dues, health and dental insurance, and membership to the TDCAA and the Orange County Bar Association.

We are seeking a principled and committed Felony Prosecutor to join our office in the pursuit of justice. In this role, you will help ensure that dangerous individuals are held accountable while also safeguarding the rights of victims, defendants, and the community. This position will handle every aspect of felony prosecution. You will work directly with victims of crimes, law enforcement, and the community.
