When filing a Petition for Expunction, the number of agencies that need to be served has increased. Re:SearchTX and Office of Court Administration will now need to be served with a copy of the Petition and Order to Expunge.
The below list of agencies is not all-inclusive. You should include any outside agency that has published your information concerning the charge/arrest. For each agency you include that does not have an email address, you must pay $25.00 for the issue expunction by Certified Mail, which includes mailing the Notice and Order.
