Solid Waste Disposal
The purpose of the Solid Waste Disposal Facilities Ordinance is to preserve and protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of Orange County through designation of areas which are suitable and unsuitable for the placement of Solid Waste Disposal Facilities.
Orange County Commissioners Court has designated and authorized the Environmental Health and Code Compliance as the enforcement and administration for Solid Waste Disposal Facilities in the unincorporated areas of Orange County.
